Please read through the following recommended tips before taking the self-awareness assessments to maximise their value.

  • It's crucial to remove distractions, allowing you to fully focus your attention on the task at hand. This will enhance your engagement and the value you derive from the self-awareness assessments.

  • Plan a suitable time so that you are not rushed to complete the assessments.

  • Stay calm. The assessments are not aimed at tricking you.
  • Be authentic and aim to select the answer you pick first. Don’t overthink the questions.
  • There are no right or wrong answers.
  • Read the instructions carefully.

3. Career Anchor Assessment 

A Career Anchor is something that develops over time and evolves into a self-concept, shaping an individual's personal identity or self-image and includes:

  • Talents, skills, and abilities - the things that we believe we are good at and not so good at.

  • Motives and needs - what is important to us and take the form of goals, e.g. money, status, challenge, autonomy.

  • Attitudes and values—the kind of organisation with which we feel comfortable, one that matches our own values and beliefs.
